Family Counselling
FOCUSED ON TRAUMA, COUPLES, AND ADDICTIONS COUNSELLING
At Bethesda Family Counselling we understand that life can be hard and painful.
Anxiety, fear, depression and anger can overwhelm us.
Our coping strategies fail.
Bethesda provides a safe place, where you can find compassion, acceptance, and wisdom.
Lives have been transformed and families restored as individuals have re-framed their understanding of their identity and self-concept.
Rob's experience in the crucible of rejection and trauma has empowered him to understand the keys to establishing a strong self-concept and healthy self-esteem for thriving relationships.
NOTE: Rob’s approach always begins with focusing on a secular methodology. A spiritual approach is only offered to those who request it. Please email me if you have any concerns regarding this.
